SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

• Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): Free

• Expedited Shipping (5-8 business days): $9.99

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

Pipolic ships from international fulfillment centers. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pipolic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@pipolic.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
